Meet the Founders

Aliett Buttelman and Nina LaBruna are the two best friends who started Fazit in New York in 2023. Aliett spent over a decade as a model — long enough to see how impossible the beauty industry can make women feel, and stubborn enough to want to fix it. Nina grew up in a family of cosmetic doctors and turned that into a career in beauty and a master's in nutrition, with the chemistry brain to actually build the products she imagined. Together, they made the brand no one else was making.

Women belong everywhere.

In sports. At festivals. On race day. At the tailgate. Fazit exists at the intersection of beauty and every world women have always inhabited but rarely been made for. We don't ask women to choose between showing up and looking great. We build for both.

Makeup should feel easy.

Not every woman is a makeup artist. Not every woman has steady hands or twenty minutes in front of a mirror. Fazit is for the woman who wants to show up fully expressed in seconds — without compromise, without tutorials, without a learning curve.

Joy is the whole point.

We didn't build Fazit to disrupt. We built it to make getting ready feel good. To turn a mundane routine into a moment of delight. Glitter makes you run faster, and that's a fact. We have the race times to prove it.
